Rufia Valiff
Rufia is a Clinical Psychology Registrar with experience across mental health, education, and community settings in both Australia and the UK. She is passionate about supporting adults with trauma, addiction, workplace stress, and mental health challenges, particularly within minority and refugee communities. Rufia has worked across the lifespan, including roles as a School Counsellor, and with adult survivors of trauma, clients from immigrant backgrounds, and individuals navigating complex mental health, substance use, and chronic health conditions. She also supports Return to Work SA (RTWSA) and NDIS clients.
Rufia takes a culturally sensitive, holistic approach, using evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, and Solution-Focused Therapy. She is skilled in conducting psychological and psychosocial assessments and brings warmth and compassion to every session, creating a safe space for reflection, growth, and healing.

Alana Settecasi
Alana is a Social Worker (AASW) with a background in psychology and broad experience across government, non-profit, and private sectors. She specialises in supporting adults through individual and couples therapy, as well as providing mental health support in professional settings through workplace wellbeing programs and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).
Alana works with clients experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, career challenges, and relationship difficulties. She creates a warm, safe environment where individuals and couples can explore their concerns with compassion and clarity. Drawing on evidence-based therapies—including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness—Alana tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each client or organisation.
Her focus is on building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering practical, meaningful outcomes—whether she’s supporting individuals, couples, or teams to improve communication, emotional wellbeing, or workplace culture.
