Alana Settecasi
Alana is a Social Worker (AASW) with a background in psychology and extensive experience supporting individuals, couples, parents, and educators. Her passion lies in helping people feel more confident, connected, and supported in their relationships at home, in the classroom, and within family life.
She works with clients navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, parenting challenges, and relationship difficulties, creating a warm, safe environment where both adults and children feel understood. With a compassionate and practical approach, Alana supports parents and teachers to manage tricky feelings in kids while also guiding couples and individuals through life’s challenges.
Drawing on evidence-based therapies—including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches—Alana tailors each session to meet the unique needs of her clients.
Her focus is on building strong, supportive relationships and delivering practical outcomes that make a real difference in everyday life—whether she’s helping a parent manage overwhelm, a teacher feel confident in the classroom, or a couple strengthen their connection.

Rufia Valiff
Rufia is a Clinical Psychology Registrar with experience across mental health, education, and community settings in Australia and the UK. She is passionate about supporting children, parents, couples, and educators to navigate emotional challenges with confidence and care.
Her areas of focus include mood difficulties, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and family stressors, with a particular interest in helping families and classrooms manage the emotional ups and downs of everyday life. She works with both adults and children, offering a safe, supportive space to explore challenges and build practical skills for resilience and wellbeing.
Using evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed approaches, and mindfulness, Rufia adapts her approach to each client’s needs. Her style is culturally sensitive, warm, and collaborative, ensuring individuals and families feel truly heard and supported.
